Refuse Trash Bags

Refuse bags are $9.50 each and are available at the Recycling Center (650 Clearwater Road), Municipal Building (600 Clearwater Road), and Hershey Public Library (701 Cocoa Avenue).  They have no expiration but must be exchanged if there is a change in waste haulers.
