*3/8/24 NOTE: Ordinance No. 2023-09 and Ordinance No. 2023-10 were adopted by the Board of Supervisors on February 13, 2024, and Ordinance No. 2024-01 was adopted by the Board of Supervisors on February 27, 2024, amending numerous sections of the Zoning Ordinance. The amendments became effective February 18, 2024 (for Ords. 2023-09 and 2023-10) and March 3, 2024 (for Ord. 2024-01) but have not yet been incorporated into the Zoning Ordinance. Ordinance No. 2023-09 – Ordinance No. 2023-09 affects the following sections:

• Sections 225-429.C, 225-429.D, 225-429.E, 225-429.F and 225-429.G – Provisions governing the Downtown Core Design Board
• Section 225-501.40 – Requirements for uses similar to specified permitted uses
• Sections 225-902 and 225-903 – Curative amendments

Ordinance No. 2023-10 – Ordinance No. 2023-10 affects Section 225-501.58 – requirements and restrictions for a Master Plan Development within the Township

Ordinance No. 2024-01 – Ordinance No. 2024-01 affects the following sections:
