The Downtown Core Design Board consists of seven members who review proposals and issue recommendations of appropriateness to the Board of Supervisors for various construction/property improvement activities within the Downtown Core Overlay District.
NOTE: The Township building is currently closed to the public. The March 30, 2020 meeting will be conducted via Zoom, which is a tele/video conference app that allows for multiple remote users to have an audio and visual connection to the meeting. - Filing Fee: $25.00 when the estimated construction value (based upon the estimated fair market value) of the proposed improvements is $2,500 or more.
