At Tuesday’s meeting, the Board of Supervisors reviewed the request for The Adoption of the Adjudication and Order for Conditional Use Application No. 2022-06, as filed by Linlo Governor Crossing, LLC and Sheetz, Inc. After careful consideration, the Board of Supervisors determined that the proposed use was not consistent with the community’s current zoning and land use regulations.
