Municipal Authority

The Derry Township Municipal Authority consists of seven members; two are members of the Board of Supervisors. The Authority is authorized to acquire, hold, construct, improve, maintain, operate, own and lease, either in the capacity of lessor or lessee, sewers, sewer systems, interceptor lines, sewage treatment works and works for the treatment and disposal of industrial waste. Members of the Municipal Authority serve terms of 5 years.

Meeting Schedule

Meets the fourth Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. The meetiings are being held at the Municipal Building, 600 Clearwater Road until the flood restoration of the Control Building of the Derry Township Municipal Authority at 670 Clearwater Road has been completed, (717)566-3237. ** Exceptions to regular schedule.
