Many of our Members and residents have and will continue to see projects around our Derry Township Community Center. Our goal is to continue making improvements that need our attention and will ultimately make the facility better. During construction, whether public or private, it is normal to have a “punch list” of items that need to be corrected to the satisfaction of the owner. The cost for the completion of punch list items is solely at the expense of the contractor and not the Township. These punch list items will continue to be addressed throughout the remainder of the year, and we will do our best to limit the disruptions to our members and residents. Below are the current projects:
- Repairing concrete on sidewalks and at the outdoor pool.
(Projected completion: Tuesday, September 20th) - The pool contractors are addressing the remaining punch list items at the outdoor pool, competition pool, and pump/filtration room.
(Projected completion: TBD) - Addressing door hardware issues, landscaping, and completing stormwater management basins.
(Projected completion: TBD)
We will continue to keep the residents up to date on the projects’ progress as well as upcoming issues that may affect our members/residents.
