Derry Township Municipal Authority will be accepting public comment on its National Pollutant Discharge Elimination (NPDES) Stormwater Discharges from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4) Pollutant Reduction Plan (PRP) for 30 days. The plan proposes best management practices (BMPs) to satisfy PRP requirements for the Chesapeake Bay and local stream impairments.

The public is invited to review this document and provide written comments to the Stormwater Program Coordinator at Derry Township Municipal Authority, 670 Clearwater Road, Hershey, PA 17033-2453, or Michael Callahan, mcallahan@dtma.com.

The 30-day public comment period begins August 1 and ends August 31, 2017.

The Plan will be discussed during a public meeting on Monday, August 21, at 6:00 p.m. at the Hershey Public Library, 701 Cocoa Avenue.

The plan will be available online at http://www.dtma.com beginning August 1.
