Serves as a representative on the Municipal Authority, Parks and Recreation Advisory Board, the Industrial Commercial Development Authority, the Capital Region Council of Governments, and as the Emergency Services Liaison.

The high standards of the Derry Township School District attracted Chris, father of three to Derry Township in 1999. Chris and his wife Andrea have two sons Christopher and Michael and a daugher, Ally.
Chris is the Deputy Chief of Staff for Governor Tom Corbett. He grew up in Rosemont, Pennsylvania, in the Philadelphia suburbs, and received his bachelor's degree from St. Joseph's University and studied law at Widener University School of Law where he obtained his degree in 1992.
Chris wants to preserve the unique history and charm of the community while progressing in the 21st century. He said that as a township supervisor, he will not base his decisions solely on his perceptions, but will seek advice of others to make informed decisions in the best interests of the township.
Kelly C. Fedeli
Vice-Chair, 2008 - 2013
Serves as a representative on the Derry Township Municipal Authority, the Board of Library Directors, The Police Pension Advisory Board, the General Authority, and the Tax Collection Association.
"I was always motivated by public service and have devoted my career to this."
Kelly is from Western Pennsylvania and moved to Hershey in 1995, where her husband Shane was living, when she accepted a position with the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. She currently is the Public Relations Specialist for Speaker of the House of Representatives Sam Smith.
Kelly received a Bachelor of Arts in Policital Science from Juniata College and continued her education at Penn State Harrisburg where she received a Masters in Public Administration.
She and her husband appreciate the Hershey community and enjoy living here. Kelly is open-minded and willing to listen to consider various points of view on township issues. She will do her very best to help Derry Township to further evolve into a first class community.
Marc A. Moyer
Secretary, 2010 - 2015
Marc serves as a representative on the Library Endowment Trust, General Authority, and the Police Pension Advisory 
Board.
"As a Township Supervisor, I hope the citizens of Derry Township offer me their wisdom and experience so that, together, we can arrive at creative and innovative ways to address the issues we will face during the years ahead."
After completing law school and establishing his law practice and having a family, Marc wanted to re-enter public service and viewed a position on the Board of Supervisors as the best method by which to contribute directly to the Township. He hopes to preserve and protect the unique character of the community and will strive to ensure that each of the Township's residents remain safe and secure with adequately equipped and trained emergency responders.
Marc received a Bachelor of Science Degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York, graduated from the United States Army Flight School, and obtained a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University School of Law. He is an attorney with Thomas, Thomas, & Hafer. He is married to Susan and they have a daughter, Alyshia.
Sandra A. Ballard
2010 - 2015
Serves as a member of the Tri-County Regional Planning, Tax Collection Association and the Design Review 
Board.
"I hope I can make a positive impact on our local community. I want to explore initiatives that support seniors, pursue fair share taxes, improve safety, preserve our community's character and increase government transparency."
Sandy was raised in farming communities in Illinois and Wisconsin. She completed her undergraduate degree at Augustana College and received a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School. She also completed a Masters degree in Public Policy with the University Kennedy School of Government.
Sandy and her husband Steve moved to Hershey 13 years ago. They were attracted to Hershey because of its walkability and small town charm.
Sandy is the Public Services Coordinator for the Dauphin County Bar Association. She coordinates volunteer services for legal assistance for those who are disadvantaged and provides them with legal information.
Sandy and her husband Steve have one son, Jeffrey.
