Planning Commission
The February 7th meeting has been CANCELLED due to the only item on the agenda (777 Middletown Road Subdivision/Land Development Plan) being withdrawn.
The Planning Commission consists of five members and acts as an advisory committee to the Board of Supervisors in matters of land planning, subdivision, and land development. Each member serves a term of 4 years.
The Township must receive items being submitted for review by the Planning Commission 28 days prior to the meeting. The Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance (Chapter 185 of the Derry Township Code of Ordinances) can be viewed online or purchased at the Community Development department office. NOTE: The Township's subdivision/land development plan filing fee schedule is not included in the ordinance. Click here to view a PDF image of the fee schedules.
