Design Review Board

The Design Review Board consists of seven members and reviews proposals and issues Certificates of Appropriateness and permits for signs and material changes to buildings within the Chocolate Avenue Preservation Overlay District. Board members serve 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 year terms.

Meeting Schedule

Meets the last Monday of each month at 6:00 at the Municipal Building, 600 Clearwater Road.
