Design Review Board

The Design Review Board consists of seven members and reviews proposals and issues Certificates of Appropriateness and permits for signs and material changes to buildings within the Chocolate Avenue Preservation Overlay District. Board members serve 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 year terms.

Submissions must be received by the Township no later than 14 days prior to the meeting.  

Filing fee - $25.00 when the estimated construction value (based upon the estimated fair market value) of the proposed improvements is $2,500 or more.

 

Meeting Schedule

Meets as needed the last Monday of each month at 6:00 at the Municipal Building, 600 Clearwater Road.
