Uniform Construction Code Appeals Board
The Uniform Construction Code (U.C.C.) Appeals Board consists of five members serving 5 year terms. The board renders decisions on appeals from provisions of Pennsylvania's Statewide Building Code, generally known as the Uniform Construction Code.

Ruling by Appeals Board without a hearing - $100.00
Hearing in front of Appeals Board and ruling - $300.00
Meeting Schedule
Meets the fourth Wednesday of each month at the Municipal Building, 600 Clearwater Road, when an appeal has been filed.
