Uniform Construction Code Appeals Board
The Uniform Construction Code (U.C.C.) Appeals Board consists of five members serving 5 year terms. The board renders decisions on appeals from provisions of Pennsylvania's Statewide Building Code, generally known as the Uniform Construction Code.
Meeting Schedule
Meets the fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the Municipal Building, 600 Clearwater Road, when an appeal has been filed.
