Aquatics
The Aquatics Department strives to provide the highest quality instruction possible for all ages and levels. We believe in the value of swimming as a lifetime skill and as a healthy recreational activity.
Considerations prior to registration
When should children repeat a class? Children with more than a three-month break from swimming lessons should repeat the previous level as a refresher course.
How many sessions will it take my child to complete a level? Children are unique and learn at different speeds.
Tadpoles vs. Youth Lessons
The preschool lessons (ages 3 to 5) include the same skills taught in the youth lessons (age 6 and older). The preschool students will, however, be swimming shorter distances and performing some skills for a shorter amount of time than the older children in youth lessons.
