The Downtown Core Design Board consists of seven members who review proposals and issue recommendations of appropriateness to the Board of Supervisors for various construction/property improvement activities within the Downtown Core Overlay District.
Application and Fees
Filing Fee: $25.00 when the estimated construction value (based upon the estimated fair market value) of the proposed improvements is $2,500 or more.
Meets the last Monday of each month at 6:00 at the Municipal Building, 600 Clearwater Road, Hershey.
