NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of the Township of Derry, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. in the main meeting room of Administration building at the Derry Township Municipal Complex, 600 Clearwater Road, Hershey. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding Conditional Use Request No. 2016-02, as filed by The Vista Foundation.  The petitioner requests that a Conditional Use authorization be granted under the provisions of Chapter 225 (Zoning), Section 225-113 of the Derry Township Code of Ordinances for the establishment of a group home for persons with disabilities at 1649 Melrose Drive, Hummelstown.

The Conditional Use application and supporting information may be viewed at the Derry Township Department of Community Development, 600 Clearwater Road, Hershey, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
