Kitten season has started early this year due to warmer weather this season, and Derry Township Community Cats invites you to help prevent the birth of unwanted outdoor kittens and improve the health of cats living outdoors by getting cats spayed and neutered, for free. The next clinic is scheduled for March 6th. If you know of a stray cat, please make a reservation no later than February 26th by calling the “catline” at 717-592-8087 to get on the schedule to trap the cats and get them spayed/neutered/vaccinated. This service is completely free for Derry Township residents, and helps keep the outdoor cat population to a minimum.

If you own a cat that has not been spayed or neutered, please call our catline for a very low cost way of getting these same services. Check out the website at www.derrytownshipcats.org for more information about the program.
